All guests are required to: collect trash into the kitchen; take sheets off of used beds and put them into washer, add detergent and start the machine; turn off lights; turn off A/C; and lock the front door and return key to outside lock box on wall when they leave Pets count as an additional guest Smoking or parties will result in a $500 fee Additional guests not listed at time of reservation will result in the loss of the guest's deposit Pet Rules: if this property allows pets, only 1 pet allowed maximum 30 lbs. We have a "no trace left behind policy" If any trace of a pet is left on your departure we will withhold $150 for cleaning from your deposit or by your reservation you are agreeing to pay a $150 additional cleaning fee. No urine, waste, hair, shedding, scratches, or damage of any kind is allowed. All pets or bodies are to be added to the number of guests for pet rent. We only charge extra when there are more than 2 occupants including a pet staying in our properties. Please check that this property allows pets before bringing them. Most are pet friendly, but not all. Loud noises from pets or complaints of any kind about your pet from a neighbor will incur a $500 fee, similar to party or noise complaint, so please be aware of your pet waste outside if this is a townhouse or apartment property.
