Overnight street parking is not permitted due to HOA rules. Respect the home and furnishings: Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Trash: Please place trash in the outdoor bins. Trash pickup occurs weekly. Check-out: Guests are expected to leave the home in reasonable condition and follow basic check-out instructions.
