Neighborhood
The Renaissance Neighborhood is the nicest neighborhood by the University of Tulsa and is in the heart of Route 66. All these great places are within walking distance--Jones Co. Coffee, Univ of Tulsa, The Mother Road Market Eatery, Renaissance MicroBrewery, and Starship Records. This is a nice, safe, and quality area.
Guest Access
This is a nice, quiet neighborhood right off Route66 or 11th Street. You can walk around the neighborhood and enjoy looking at nice, unique houses. You can walk to several places to eat and explore. There is no garage but there is free street parking right in front of place on a wide, non-busy street.
Good to know
The place is themed for Fun and Enjoyment including Route 66, Sea/Beach and Space themes. There is a large living area with a dining area with a small pub table. There is a kitchen with a gas range, dishwasher and fridge as well as cooking supplies. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent provided) right off the kitchen. There are 2 rooms both with comfy king-sized beds. There are good sized closets.
Other Details to Note
Wifi is fast and reliable here. Have had someone stay extended time and worked remotely from here with no problems with internet. This is a duplex but it is on a corner lot and the entrances to both units are not adjacent. The other side is rented by a long term tenant who is quiet and respectful. There are steps with a rail to get onto porch but no steps in the place.
